Invisible Illness Week
What are invisible illnesses?

Depression. Anorexia. PCOS. Asthma. Diabetes. Fibromyalgia. Lupus. And that's just a few off the top of my head.

They're any illness that is genuinely debilitating but are not visible to the naked eye, so people going through the pain and suffering of such illnesses look totally able-bodied to everybody else, and get treated as such when it's not true.

Want to know more?

If I sound like I have on the rantypants, I make no apologies for it this time. You can't see air but you know it's there. Give us the same benefit of the doubt.
